Name of city or area where the tour took place. Please write the city name in the local language (e.g. “Genève”, not the English name “Geneva”).
Please use the correct name that was sent to you in the booking confirmation email.
Please use the same name as the one you used for your booking.

Please note that we may refuse to handle complaint issues via WhatsApp and other social media channels. Therefore, please provide your email address.
Please use this format to write time: 08:00 (don’t write 8 AM, 08.00, 8h). Please be as precise as possible (per minute) when you write the time. If your tour started later than you booked, please write the time the tour actually started.
Please use this format to write time: 10:00 (don’t write 10 AM, 10.00, 10h). Please be as precise as possible (per minute) when you write the time. If you left the tour earlier than planned, please write the time you ended the tour.
Please note that if you book via third parties and not with us directly, this issue may have to be handled by the third party.
